Not sure which model to choose? Start with one of our most popular domestic sewage treatment plants — our engineer will review your site conditions and confirm the right system before you order.
A compact domestic sewage treatment plant for smaller homes with seasonal or year-round occupancy.
A versatile model for families of 3–4 people and standard residential properties.
A smart choice for homes with multiple bathrooms, a bathtub, or frequent guests.
Installation, delivery, and earthworks are not included.
Efficiency is achieved through biological treatment. Aerobic bacteria inside the system continuously break down organic contaminants using oxygen.
Manufacturing, installation, and service are handled within one area of responsibility. This reduces risks and simplifies warranty support.
Installation takes minimal time on site and is carried out according to a pre-approved installation plan.
We do not offer one-size-fits-all solutions. The system is selected based on soil conditions, water level, site layout, and occupancy.
The body, equipment, and installation layout are designed for stable operation in residential conditions.
The system is environmentally safe: its durable polypropylene body is resistant to corrosion, and treated water can be discharged according to the approved design.
Answer a few questions — the calculator will recommend a suitable domestic sewage treatment plant.
Choose a model based on the number of residents. Prices are shown for the treatment system only and do not include installation, delivery, or earthworks.
2 people For a small home, cottage, or guest property with low wastewater demand.
3 people A compact system for a smaller private home with year-round or seasonal occupancy.
4 people Popular An optimal model for families of 3–4 people and standard residential properties.
5 people For homes with higher daily demand, multiple bathrooms, or a bathtub.
6 people For families of up to 6 people, year-round occupancy, and stable daily use.
8 people For larger homes, frequent guests, and multiple water-use points.
10 people For spacious homes, cottages, and properties with consistently high wastewater demand.
12 people For large homes, guest properties, and commercial facilities.
15 people For properties with intensive operation and a large number of users.
For more than 8 years, we have been installing domestic sewage treatment plants for private homes, cottages, and commercial properties.
“We installed a PRIMELOS-3 system for our country home. The installation was completed quickly, and the team explained the maintenance clearly. The system runs quietly, there is no odor, and the site was left clean after the work.”
“We were choosing between several models, and the manager helped us select PRIMELOS-4 for our family. We did not have to figure out all the technical details ourselves — everything was calculated and explained in simple terms.”
“We chose PRIMELOS-5 because our home has two bathrooms and we often have guests. The system works reliably and has not caused any issues. I liked that the company manufactures, installs, and services the equipment itself.”
We not only help you choose the right system, but also assist with installation, start-up, and ongoing maintenance.
A PRIMELOS system can be installed independently, but reliable operation depends on following the correct installation procedure.
The system should be serviced once every two years. Maintenance helps keep the system operating reliably and extends the service life of the equipment.
We have answered the most common questions homeowners ask before choosing a treatment system for a private home.
The main factors are the number of permanent residents, the number of bathrooms, and whether the home has a bathtub, washing machine, or dishwasher. Soil type, groundwater level, and occupancy pattern also matter. If you do not want to sort through the technical details yourself, leave a request — our specialist will help select the right model for your property.
A conventional septic tank mainly settles wastewater, while a biological treatment system additionally treats it using aerobic bacteria and air supply. This type of system is more efficient and is well suited for year-round use in a private home.
With proper system selection, installation, and operation, there should be no unpleasant odor. Odor issues are usually caused by installation mistakes, improper ventilation, system overload, or lack of maintenance.
Yes. The system is designed for year-round operation. With regular occupancy, it works reliably because warm household wastewater enters the system continuously. For seasonal use, the system should be properly prepared for downtime.
On average, maintenance is performed approximately once every 1–2 years. The frequency depends on the model, number of residents, system load, and operating conditions. Maintenance typically includes removing excess sludge, rinsing system components, and checking the equipment.
Self-installation is possible, but the installation process must be followed carefully: preparing the excavation pit, creating a sand bedding layer, positioning the body vertically, and correctly connecting the pipes and electrical supply. Installation errors may affect system performance and service life.
The listed price usually refers to the treatment system itself. Delivery, installation, earthworks, connection, and the water discharge layout are calculated separately after assessing the site and installation conditions.
Construction mixtures, solvents, aggressive chemicals, large amounts of chlorine-based cleaners, oils, rags, wet wipes, and bulky waste should not be discharged into the system. These substances can disrupt bacterial activity or clog the system.
With a high groundwater level, the system model, discharge method, and installation layout must be selected especially carefully. In these cases, forced discharge and additional anchoring or stabilization solutions are often considered.
For private homes, the most commonly selected systems are models for 3, 4, and 5 people. They suit most family homes and cover typical use cases: a small cottage, a family of 3–4 people, or a home that needs additional capacity.
